What will you be doing?

Offer personalised fragrance consultations and expert product recommendations.

Represent designer and niche brands with strong product knowledge.

Meet sales targets and support team performance.

Maintain visual standards and counter cleanliness.

Manage stock, testers and daily operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.

What are we looking for?

GCE Advance Level qualification or higher, additional retail/customer service education is an advantage.

Minimum one year retail sales experience in fragrance or beauty is a strong asset.

Excellent spoken and written English, and other languages are a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
