【~】 Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
【~】 Strong knowledge of transport operations, route planning, and basic vehicle maintenance
【~】 Computer literacy in MS Office, fleet management software, or GPS tracking
【~】 1–2 years of relevant experience
【~】 Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】 Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery KPIs; align transport schedules with customer needs
【~】 Oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and fully documented
【~】 Arrange breakdown assistance and recovery operations; control costs through fuel efficiency measures
【~】 Optimize routes, minimize idle time, and enforce driver safety and transport policies
【~】 Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with traffic, labor, and environmental regulations
【~】 Prepare and submit periodic transport performance and monthly fleet analysis reports
