💼 POSITION : Finance Assistant

💠 REQUIREMENTS :

Certificate / Diploma in accounting and/or professional accountancy qualification (AAT/CA/CIMA)

More than 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Good analytical skills

💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :

💠 RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare monthly invoices

Coordinate with customers and provide prompt responses

Ensure accuracy of data and reports sent to management

Handle retail sales administration (including cash & stock count)

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of recorded information

Coordinate with sales outlets staff and attend to inquiries

Perform general accounting functions

Communicate and follow up with the head office finance department
