Need Field Sales Executive

🛑Kiddies and Toys International (Pvt) Ltd is the largest private sector company in Mother and Baby care and the branded Toy industry in the country rooting back it's history to 2001. The company boasts of being the pioneer in launching world - renowned brands like Farlin, LEGO, Hot Wheels, Barbie, Fisher price, and Faber Castel to the local Market. Apart from its distribution channels, we have our own retail store under the brand name 'Cool Kids' - Bambalapitiya.

⭕Responsibilities :-

*Achieve monthly sales target on redistribution (RD).

*Provide daily, monthly sales and other reports as per the requirement.

*Report to work on time.

*Regular follow ups on sales leads.

*Regular follow ups on stock availablity on distributor points.

*Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers and suppliers.

⭕Qualifications :-

*Work experience in Jaffna and Kilinochchi would be an added advantage.

*A valid driving license is required.

*Age below 35 years.

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*Proactive, details - oriented, and able to work independently.
