Diploma or certificate in a technical or management field from a recognized institution
Proven experience in a supervisory or field officer role, preferably in engineering or HVAC
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service mindset
Must possess a valid driving/riding license and be willing to travel to project sites
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Supervise on-site installations, maintenance projects, and technical teams
Ensure all field work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site operations to ensure their satisfaction
Assess project requirements, estimate site materials, and report progress to management
Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or technical challenges that arise on-site
