We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Coconut Estate Manager to oversee and manage the full operations of our large-scale coconut plantation in Aliyavalai. The Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising estate activities, managing staff, and reporting progress to management and consultants.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estate Manager or similar role (coconut or plantation experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of coconut cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest management
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Fluency in Tamil is essential; Sinhala and English
- Willingness to be based full-time at the estate
- Basic computer skills for reporting are an advantage
- Operational work is necessary
