Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Field Executive / Area Executive role OR more than 5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or higher, or CIM qualification.
Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to any part of the island.

Leading and managing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve assigned sales targets.
Ensuring strong product knowledge and effective detailing skills across the team.
Conducting regular field accompaniment and on-the-job coaching.
Monitoring and analyzing brick-level sales performance.
Preparing quarterly business plans based on market insights.
Working closely with marketing teams to align strategies with field execution.
Driving business growth and ensuring consistent performance and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
