# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
•NVQ Level 4/5, NDT (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience with Riello/APC/Schneider/Vertiv UPS brands.
•Minimum 2 years hands on experience in repair and maintenance of UPS/Generators or similar equipment. Experience in using tools such as power analyzers.
• Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization interpersonal skills and good working attitude
•Trainees with technical qualification without experience are encouraged to apply as trainees.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
• Support customers in the installation, modification, and repair of UPS products. Solve Power and UPS problems at customer or at service center.
• Interact with customers by phone/face to face depending on the level and type of support required.
•Responsible for installation of product, repair and analyze a failed product or provide customer-site maintenance including preventive maintenance and part replacement
• Provide consultation to end-users in conjunction with sales by promoting and explaining services as required
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of products
