* Reply to emails, WhatsApp messages, comments, and customer enquiries professionally.
* Develop creative content ideas and marketing campaigns.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI.
* Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
* Stay updated with current social media trends.
Requirements

* Good written and spoken English.
* Experience managing social media accounts.
* Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
* Ability to create short promotional videos.
* Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
