Are you a dynamic and talented individual with a passion for farming? Our farm is looking for a dedicated and all-rounder female employee who is ready to work immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain farm machinery, especially tillers and JCB machines. Supervise and coordinate farm workers.
2. Assist in all aspects of daily farm operations (planting, harvesting, animal care and farm maintenance).
3. Lead farm operations and ensure they are carried out in an efficient manner.
4. Ensure safety protocols and best farm practices are followed.
Benefits and Benefits:
1. Attractive salary, basic salary: 45000.00
After 3 months, a salary of Rs. 10000.00 will be paid more according to the quality of work
2. Free food will be provided.
