Factory Supervisor (Production) – Hiring in Polonnaruwa

We are FIBC Lanka, a leading FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bag manufacturing company based in Polonnaruwa. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Production Supervisors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations and ensure targets are met

Manage and coordinate factory workers effectively

Maintain quality standards in line with company requirements

Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies

Prepare daily production reports and communicate with management

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in FIBC or textile manufacturing is an added advantage
