Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rubber Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Location: Napawala, Avissawella, Sri Lanka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shift operations to ensure smooth production.

• Monitor production processes to meet quality and output targets.

• Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment.

• Lead and manage production staff to maintain productivity.

• Ensure compliance with quality control and industry standards.

• Manage raw material and inventory to avoid production delays.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain records of production, maintenance, and employee performance.

• Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in TSR or rubber manufacturing is preferred.

• Proven supervisory experience in a factory setting.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
