Job Vacancy: Factory Manager

📍 Location: Kaduwela, Sri Lanka

We are a well-established spice processing, exporting, and local supply company based in Kaduwela, Sri Lanka, seeking a competent and energetic Factory Manager to lead and manage our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day factory operations and workforce management

Ensure quality standards, hygiene, and compliance are maintained at all times

Plan and manage production schedules efficiently

Implement new operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability

Coordinate with management on business development and expansion plans

Monitor raw material usage, inventory, and cost control

Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Energetic, hands-on, and result-oriented individual

Experience in food/spice processing or a similar manufacturing environment will be an advantage

Ability to manage staff, operations, and pressure independently

Male candidates preferred (due to operational requirements)
