Experienced Boutique Hotel Manager Wanted
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Boutique Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest relations.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the highest hospitality standards.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and business performance.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Boutique Hotel Manager, or similar hospitality management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Excellent understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of business performance.
* Experience with hotel management software and reservation systems.
* A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
