We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sophisticated professional to provide high-level administrative support. This multifaceted role combines the duties of a PA to the CEO, Front-Office Reception, and Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
PA to the CEO: Manage complex schedules, correspondence, and confidential tasks with absolute discretion.
Front Office & Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for a wide variety of high-profile clients and internal staff.
Secretarial Duties: Organize documents, maintain records, and prepare professional reports.
Accounting Support: Possess a good understanding of accounting systems to assist with financial coordination and basic bookkeeping.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small administrative team to ensure office efficiency.
