Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Reporting and reconciliation
Maintenance of petty cash and related records
Prepare and record Invoices, Payment vouchers on a timely manner
Processing payments, collecting and monitoring receivables
Prepare monthly accounts payable and receivable reports
Track bank deposits and payments including reconciliation reports
Assist the finance team in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Full qualification in AAT
1 year experience in a similar capacity
Conversant in both written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership and prepared to excel in an intense, high-paced work environment
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in using financial software
