【~】✪ 🔹Play a key role in fostering positive employee relations by promoting fair practices, resolving workplace concerns, and strengthening engagement across Colombo and Greater Colombo.

【~】✪ 🔹 Field Based Role | Regular Travel

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ 🔹Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns fairly and confidentially

【~】✪ 🔹Foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment

【~】✪ 🔹Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of employee relations matters

【~】✪ 🔹Advise managers on employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices

【~】✪ 🔹Support disciplinary and performance management processes

【~】✪ 🔹Promote employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs

【~】✪ 🔹Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and collective agreements

【~】✪ 🔹Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports

【~】✪ 🔹Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships across all levels

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ 🔹Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law,

or a related field (preferred)

【~】✪ 🔹1-2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role

【~】✪ 🔹Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and industrial relations practices

【~】✪ 🔹Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills

【~】✪ 🔹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

【~】✪ 🔹High level of integrity, empathy, and confidentiality

【~】✪ 🔹Ability to build trust and influence across all levels

【~】✪ 🔹Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
