Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end school enrollment process, from inquiry to registration.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support onboarding.
Participate in promotional activities, open days, and school events.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Internal Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in student counselling, customer service, or educational enrollments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
