【~】 Proven expertise in menu planning, recipe development, food cost control, and kitchen operations management
【~】 Strong knowledge of Western, Italian & Asian cuisine preparation
【~】 Exceptional leadership and team management skills to manage and train kitchen staff
【~】 Discipline & efficiency are essential
【~】 Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English
【~】 Food safety & hygiene standards certification is essential
【~】 Candidates living closer to Kalutara, Beruwala, Benthara, Induruwa, Welipenna & Aluthgama preferred
