DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively support business strategy, marketing research and business plans.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Handling correspondence directed to the Managing Director.
- Assist with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong business acumen
- Strong secretarial or administrative tasks
- Proactive nature and result-oriented
- Positive attitude, Confident and motivated
- Able to work under pressure, multiple jobs and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
