Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
Assist with quotation processing, invoice handling, and coordination with vendors and service providers
Support the planning and execution of office events and staff functions
Maintain accurate administrative records and support internal communication
Support facility management, utility payments, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
G.C.E. A/L or higher qualification in Administration, Management, or a related field
6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or facilities coordination
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good digital literacy; basic AI tool usage will be an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo or nearby areas
