This position is fully responsible for managing daily operations at Central Bakery in an effective and efficient manner. He / She further holds responsibilities of adhering to defined compliance framework in a consistent manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Recognized Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualifications from a university or professional institute.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in Food & Beverage Industry. (Bakery industry is preferred)
Excellent staff management.
Knowledge of government laws & regulations.
Should be a Dynamic and committed individual.
Very good conversant with MS Office packages & communication skills in Sinhala and English are mandatory.
Age should be below 45 years.
