We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience managing events or venues, with strong organizational and leadership skills. This role requires balancing client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team coordination to ensure every event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Venue Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to uphold venue standards.
- Event Coordination
- Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Staff Supervision
- Manage and schedule staff, including event coordinators, security, and support teams.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Financial & Administrative Duties
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue related to venue operations.
- Prepare reports on event performance, occupancy, and client feedback.
- Handle contracts, bookings, and invoicing.
- Client & Vendor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate with vendors for catering, décor, and technical services.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue and attract new clients.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase bookings and enhance the venue’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event or venue management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
