Main Responsibilities:
--Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and provide personalized solutions.
--Scooters Display: Carry out scooters introductions and demonstrations, highlight scooters advantages, and enhance customer willingness to buy.
--Order Processing: Prepare and negotiate orders to ensure that both parties are satisfied and the deal is concluded.
--Sales Target Achievement: Strive to achieve or exceed sales targets and drive company growth.
--Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to optimize customer experience and enhance brand influence.
--Market Feedback: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback and competitor analysis.
--Brand Promotion: Participate in industry exhibitions, promote brands, and expand market influence.
--Passionate, likes to communicate with customers, and is keen on sales
Qualifications:
--Educational Background: Business, sales, or related professional background, or equivalent work experience.
--Sales Experience: Those with rich experience in motorcycle, bicycle, or other store sales are preferred.
--Communication Skills: Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
--Technical Understanding: Able to have a deep understanding of technical products and effectively convey product advantages.
--Work attitude: proactive, goal-oriented, able to work independently.
--Language skills: fluent in English, Sinhala required for daily communication needs.
