Uber සහ PickMe ආයතන හරහා අපගේ වාහනය ධාවනය කිරීමට ශක්තිමත්, අවංක සහ
මහන්සි වී වැඩ කරන තරැණ රියදුරකු අවශ්ය කර තිබේ. ඔබ රිය පැදෛවීමට දෛැඩි උනන්දුවක් දෛක්වන,
දෛනික ඉලක්ක සපුරාගත හැකි සහ කොළඹ අවට මාර්ග හොඳින් දෛන්නා අයෙකු නම්, ස්ථාවර ආදෛායමක්
ලැබීමට මෙය කදිම අවස්ථාවකි.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්
දෛනික ආදායම උපරිම කර ගැනීමට සහ එකඟ වූ දෛනික ඉලක්ක සාර්ථකව ළඟා කරගැනීමට Uber සහ PickMe හරහා වාහනය කාර්යක්ෂමව ධාවනය කිරීම.
වාහනය නිතරම පිරිසිදුව තබා ගැනීම, මගීන් සමඟ කාරුණිකව කටයුතු කිරීම සහ දෛනික පරීක්ෂාවන් (ඉන්ධන, ජලය, ටයර් වායු පීඩනය) සිදු කිරීම.
අපේක්ෂිත සුදුසුකම්
වයස අවුරෙුදු 18 ත් 30 ත් අතර වීම විශේෂයි.
වලංගු සැහැල්ලු වාහන රියැදුරැ බලපත්රය.
Uber/PickMe හෝ කුලී රථ සේවා පිළිබඳ පූර්ව පළපුරැද්ද අමතර වාසියකි.
විශේවාසවන්ත, විනයගරැක, පොලිස් වාර්තා සහ ග්රාම සේවක සහතික ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකි විය යුතුය.

We are looking for an energetic, honest, and hardworking young driver to operate our vehicle on the Uber and PickMe platforms. If you are passionate about driving, target-driven, and know the Colombo and suburban routes well, this is a great opportunity to earn a stable income.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the vehicle efficiently on Uber and PickMe platforms to maximize daily earnings.
Achieve the agreed daily revenue/trip targets consistently.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, neat, and hygienic condition at all times.
Handle passengers politely, professionally, and safely.
Perform basic routine checks (fuel, water, tire pressure) daily.
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
Candidate Requirements
Age: Preferred 18 to 30 years old (Energetic and tech-savvy with smartphones).
License: Valid light vehicle driving license (minimum 1–2 years of active driving experience).
Experience: Previous experience driving for Uber/PickMe or commercial taxi services will be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Colombo city routes, shortcuts, and using GPS navigation.
Character: Trustworthy, punctual, disciplined, and free of bad habits.
Documents: Valid Police Clearance Report, Grama Niladhari certificate, and details of reliable local guarantors.
