අතුරුගිරියේ අලුතින් පිහිටුවන ලද නැවුම් කිරි ව්යාපාරයක දෛනික එකතු කිරීමේ සහ බෙදා හැරීමේ මෙහෙයුම් සඳහා රියදුරන් දෙදෙනෙකු ට (02) පුරප්පාඩු පවතී.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්:
- පවරා ඇති මාර්ග සහ කාලසටහන් අනුව නැවුම් කිරි එකතු කිරීම සහ බෙදා හැරීම.
- කිරි නිෂ්පාදන ආරක්ෂිතව හැසිරවීම, ප්රවාහනය සහ බෙදා හැරීම සහතික කිරීම.
- අවශ්ය පරිදි කිරි බහාලුම් සහ බෙදා හැරීමේ අයිතම පැටවීම සහ බෑම.
- හැසිරවීමේදී සහ ප්රවාහනයේදී නිසි සනීපාරක්ෂාව සහතික වීම සහ නිෂ්පාදන රැකබලා ගැනීම.
- නියමිත කාලය තුල බෙදා හැරීම සහතික කිරීම සහ සුමට දෛනික මෙහෙයුම් සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- මූලික බෙදාහැරීමේ වාර්තා පවත්වා ගැනීම සහ කලමනාකරුට වාර්තා කිරීම
- අවශ්ය විට සාප්පු මෙහෙයුම් සඳහා සහාය වීම.
අවශ්යතා:
- වලංගු රියදුරු බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
- බර වාහන බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අමතර වාසියක් වනු ඇත.
- බෙදා හැරීම, සැපයුම්, FMCG හෝ අදාළ ක්ෂේත්රයේ පෙර පළපුරුද්ද අමතර වාසියක් වනු ඇත.
- උදෑසන වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව සහ ශාරීරිකව අවශ්ය වැඩ හැසිරවීමේ හැකියාව.
- හොඳ කාල කළමනාකරණය සහ විශ්වසනීයත්වය.
- මාර්ග ආරක්ෂාව සහ වාහන හැසිරවීම පිළිබඳ මූලික දැනුම.
- අවංකව වගකිවයුතු ලෙස සහ සේවය සැපයීමේ හැකියාව
- වාහන පැදවීමේ අත්දැකීම් ඇති පාසල් හැර ගිය අයගෙන්ද අයදුම්පත් බාරගනු ලැබේ

DRIVER / RIDER (2 POSITIONS)
A newly established fresh milk distribution and retail business based in Athurugiriya is looking for two (02) Milk Delivery Drivers / Riders to support daily collection and distribution operations.
The business involves daily collection and distribution of fresh milk to bulk customers, and retail operations from the main outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and distribute fresh milk as per assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure safe handling, transport, and delivery of milk products.
- Load and unload milk containers and delivery items as required.
- Maintain proper hygiene and care of products during handling and transport.
- Ensure timely delivery and support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain basic delivery records and reporting.
- Support shop operations when required.
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence (mandatory).
- A heavy vehicle licence will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, FMCG, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work early morning hours and handle physically demanding work.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of road safety and vehicle handling.
- Honest, responsible, and self-motivated individual.
- School leavers with riding experience are encouraged to apply.
