infrastructure projects. We are seeking a skilled and detail - oriented Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribu te to the successful execution of our

projects.

Job Summary:-

The Drafter is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans used in

construction and manufacturing projects. Working closely with engineers and architects,

the Drafter utilizes CAD (Computer - Aided Design) software to develop designs that meet

specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔸Create and modify detailed drawings and schematics based on specifications

provided by engineers and architects.

🔸Utilize CAD software to produce designs, including plans, elevations, sections, and

3D models.

🔸Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to ensure

compliance with standards and regulations.

🔸Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback and revisions into

drawings.

Qualifications: -

🔸Certificate in draftmanship or Drafting Technology (NVQ 5 ) , (NVQ 4 )or a related field (a

bachelor's degree may be preferred).

🔸Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit ,Sktechup)

🔸Strong understanding of technical drawings, building codes, and standards.

Experience :

🔸Minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting, preferably in construction,

manufacturing, or engineering sectors.

🔸Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD,Revit, Sketchup ) familiarity with 3D modeling

tools.

🔸Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, building codes, and

regulations.

🔸Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and creativity in problem - solving.

Work Environment: -

🔸Typically work in an office setting, utilizing computers and drafting equipment.

🔸Occasional site visits may be required to understand project specifications and

conditions.
