Food Studio is a leading culinary and hospitality group based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, operating across catering, café, and food production verticals.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Draughtsman to join our design and engineering team. You will transform complex concepts into precise technical drawings, ensuring every line meets industry standards and project specifications.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES | ප්රධාන වගකීම්
• Technical Drawing: Create clear and accurate 2D and 3D drawings (floor plans, sections, and outlet locations) based on instructions from engineers or architects.
• Plan Updates: Modify and update existing blueprints when site changes occur, ensuring all stakeholders work from the latest version.
• Site Coordination: Visit the site when necessary to take measurements and confirm drawings match physical structures.
• Filing & Organization: Maintain a neat record of all digital and physical drawings for easy retrieval at project meetings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS | අවම සුදුසුකම්
• Education: A recognized certificate or diploma in Draughtsmanship (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Software Skills: Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD is essential; Revit or SketchUp is an advantage.
• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and an eye for small details.
NOTE :
This role involves both office-based work in Colombo and periodic site visits.
