Dispatcher (Food Delivery Operations) – We Are Hiring!

We are looking for responsible and motivated Dispatchers to join our operations team in Sri Lanka.

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Assign delivery orders to riders efficiently

• Monitor and handle abnormal or delayed orders

• Communicate with merchants and customers

• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests

• Ensure smooth daily delivery operations

✅ Requirements

• Age: 20–40 years old

• Good character and professional attitude

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Previous dispatching or food delivery experience is an advantage

• Chinese language skills are an advantage (not mandatory)

• Good English communication skills required

💰 Salary

• LKR 120,000/month (for candidates who can speak Chinese)

• LKR 100,000/month (for candidates with good English communication)

• Salary is negotiable based on experience

🕒 Work Schedule

• Flexible working hours

• One day off per week

• Shift A: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Shift B: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Next Day)
