• To responding to customer inquiries and feedback ( Online Shopping Web Site )
This role requires
• Maintain of online shopping cart web site in operator level.
• Enroll with Customer care.
• Customer requests are addressed professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook) for customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
• Respond to customer queries and providing information
• Assist with customer service inquiries through (email, phone) when needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service in a social media role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Operating Shopping cart web site, Customer service tools and software is a plus.
