🔪 Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist in daily food preparation and cooking as per standards
✔ Prepare mise-en-place (ingredient preparation) and set up the workstation
✔ Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
✔ Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (FIFO)
✔ Support kitchen operations during busy service periods
✔ Control portions, monitor stock usage, and minimize food waste
🎓 Requirements
✔ 2–4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant or hotel)
✔ Culinary qualification is an advantage
✔ Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
✔ Ability to work under pressure
✔ Team player with good communication skills
