Demi Chef de Partie
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations within the assigned section
✔️ Prepare and present food according to company recipes and quality standards
✔️ Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation of dishes
✔️ Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff when required
✔️ Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
✔️ Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and requisitions
✔️ Support banquet, catering, and restaurant food production activities
✔️ Ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service periods
📋 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering operation
✔️ Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Senior Commis Chef will be an advantage
✔️ Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and quality standards
✔️ Experience working in a busy kitchen environment is essential
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
✔️ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
