Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency based in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our property listing operations.
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and adding property listings into the system and across various platforms while ensuring accuracy and quality in all entries.
Key Responsibilities
￭ Add new property listings into the system with accurate details.
￭ Post and manage property advertisements on listing websites such as ikman and Lanka Property Web (LPW).
￭ Accurately enter and update property details, images, and pricing information.
￭ Handle basic inquiries via email and ensure timely responses.
￭ Maintain organized digital records of properties and client information.
￭ Coordinate with agents to ensure listings are up-to-date and accurate.
￭ Perform regular checks to ensure listings are active and properly displayed.
￭ Support office tasks when required.
Skills & Qualifications
￭ Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
￭ Fluent in English (reading and writing is a must).
￭ Basic knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and email communication.
￭ Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
￭ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred
￭ Experience in data entry, admin work, or similar roles.
￭ Basic understanding of real estate listings is an advantage.
