අපගේ වර්ධනය වන කණ්ඩායමට එක්වීමට උනන්දුවක් ඇති, වගකීමෙන් යුත්, විස්තරාත්මකව වැඩ කිරීමට හැකියාව ඇති කාන්තා දත්ත ඇතුළත් කිරීමේ නිලධාරිනියක් සොයමින් සිටිමු.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්:
• සමාගමේ දත්ත නිවැරදිව පද්ධතියට ඇතුළත් කිරීම හා යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම.
• විකුණුම්, ගබඩා තොග සහ අනෙකුත් ව්යාපාරික ලේඛන නිසි ලෙස පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
• ඉන්වොයිසි (Invoices), වාර්තා සහ අනෙකුත් පරිපාලන ලේඛන සකස් කිරීම.
• ඩිජිටල් සහ මුද්රිත ලේඛන ක්රමානුකූලව සංවිධානය කර පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
• සාමාන්ය කාර්යාල පරිපාලන කටයුතු සඳහා සහාය වීම.
අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්:
• කාන්තා අයදුම්කාරිනියක් විය යුතුය.
• MS Office (Excel, Word සහ Outlook) පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුම.
• වේගවත් සහ නිවැරදි ටයිප් කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
• හොඳ සංවිධාන හැකියාවන් සහ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා.
• ස්වාධීනව මෙන්ම කණ්ඩායමක් සමඟද කාර්යක්ෂමව වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
• දත්ත ඇතුළත් කිරීම හෝ කාර්යාල පරිපාලන අත්දැකීම් තිබේ නම් අමතර සුදුසුකමක් ලෙස සැලකේ.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update company data accurately in the system.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and other business documents.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Organise and maintain digital and physical files.
• Assist with general office administration.
Requirements:
• Female candidate.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in data entry or office administration is an advantage.
