Job Description:
Data Entry: Entering data accurately and efficiently into computer systems or databases using keyboards or other data entry devices.
Verification: Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting any inaccuracies before finalizing entries.
Organizing Data: Sorting and organizing data in a systematic manner to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis.
Maintaining Records: Updating and maintaining databases or records with new information as needed.
Ensuring Data Security: Following established protocols to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Documentation: Keeping detailed records of data entry activities, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
Skills Required:
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
Typing Skills: Proficiency in typing with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Computer Literacy: Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
Qualification:
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and equipment, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel skills
Proficient in English
