We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Assistant. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product information and styling guidance
-Handle inquiries via phone, social media, and online platforms
-Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records
-Assist with inventory management and restocking displays
-Ensure the store is well-presented and organized at all times
-Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sales
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service is required
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of sales systems and social media handling
-Friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Willingness to learn about products and stay updated with trends
