【~】✪ Certifications in CCNA, MCP.
【~】✪ Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an IT Firm.
【~】✪ Below 35 years of age.
【~】✪ Good command of English and Sinhala communication skills.
【~】✪ Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision in a flexible environment.
【~】✪ Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.

【~】✪ Use ITSM tools like BMC, ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, ZenDesk.
【~】✪ Support access control and CCTV systems.
【~】✪ Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
【~】✪ Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
【~】✪ Participate in software maintenance, testing, and vendor relations.
【~】✪ Collaborate with the IT team on other related functions.
