Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
* Provide remote software training and support to clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Communication skills in Sinhala.
* A friendly and patient demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
* Ability to quickly learn and understand software products.
* Basic technical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot software
* Age between 18 to 25 years
* O/L Passed
