Role Purpose
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in Australia, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of service issues. You will play a vital role in coordinating shipments, supporting operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
You will be required to work close to Australian working hours and Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, booking requests, and rate quotations.
• Provide proactive updates on shipment status and resolve service issues promptly.
• Prepare and verify invoices, quotations, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor shipment reports and provide updates to management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through professional communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Express , Courier, logistics, freight forwarding industries
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
