CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR – MARADANA
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, ensuring excellent support, efficient processes, and high customer satisfaction. Based at our Head Office, this role requires a proactive and solution-oriented leader with a passion for building customer relationships and coaching a high-performing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service.
• Monitor team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and provide feedback to management on team progress and customer insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
