【~】✪ • Manage inbound and outbound voice calls in a timely manner.
【~】✪ • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
【~】✪ • Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
【~】✪ • Resolve client complaints efficiently and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
【~】✪ • Maintain client records by updating information.
【~】✪ • Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
【~】✪ • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures during all client interactions.
【~】✪ • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment.
【~】✪ • Fluency in English / Sinhala / Tamil.
【~】✪ • Excellent communication and listening skills.
【~】✪ • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
【~】✪ • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
【~】✪ • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
【~】✪ • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields will be an advantage.
【~】✪ • Experience in the e-commerce industry is desirable.
【~】✪ • High level of empathy and patience.
【~】✪ • Must be available to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
【~】✪ • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
