💼 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp & Social Media

✅ Assist customers with orders and product information

✅ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

✅ Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service

✅ Build strong customer relationships

👩‍💼 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Female (Age 21–27)

✔ G.C.E. O/L or Higher Qualification

✔ Good Communication Skills in Sinhala & English

✔ Tamil Language is an Added Advantage

✔ Minimum 1 Year Experience Preferred

✔ Basic Computer Knowledge

✔ Friendly & Positive Personality

🕘 Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Saturday: 8.30 AM – 1.30 PM
