Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction.
Log and manage customer tickets using the ZOHO support system.
Resolve complaints effectively and update cases accordingly.
Coordinate with internal departments for unresolved issues.
Conduct outbound calls for sales, surveys, and service follow-ups.
Perform operational health checks for partner and Payable merchants.
Qualifications:
Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in a call center/customer service role.
Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
Strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
Basic IT skills and familiarity with mobile apps.
Willingness to work on a shift/roster basis, including weekends.
