【~】✪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English preferred
【~】✪ Must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree in any related course.
【~】✪ Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
【~】✪ Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
【~】✪ Customer oriented.
【~】✪ Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating via phone and chat within internal departments and external customers.
【~】✪ Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and organized.
【~】✪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
【~】✪ Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing work environment.
【~】✪ Ability to prioritize and multitask.
【~】✪ Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule.
【~】✪ Call Center/Customer Care Center experience, preferred.
