Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift Only)
Job Overview
Our client is a leading service provider supporting title research and property reporting through a strong network of on-ground and virtual abstractors. They are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support operations, research activities, and administrative functions while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations and project-related tasks
Conduct title research on property documents using online resources
Prepare and maintain property reports for lenders
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
Work closely with senior staff to learn and develop industry knowledge
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
A/L qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a night shift environment (mandatory)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary - LKR 60,000 Basic
