● Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new publishers, including reviewing and optimizing their websites or apps for better performance.
● Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, acting as their advocate within ProfitSence.
● Performance Monitoring: Analyze publisher performance data and provide insights to help them maximize their advertising potential.
➤ What Do You Need?
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with publishers and internal teams.
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for ad unit integration and troubleshooting.
● Experience in account management or client support, preferably in the digital advertising or tech industry.
● A proactive mindset and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
● Familiarity with web analytics and performance tracking tools is a plus.
