High-Value Client Management
Ceylon Academy of Gemmology Science (CAGS) is looking for an experienced and professional Customer Relations Officer to manage our VIP, corporate, and high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities
◆ Provide personalized service to priority customers
◆ Build strong, long-term customer relationships
◆ Handle VIP enquiries, appointments, and requests
◆ Follow up with customers promptly and professionally
◆ Maintain accurate customer records
◆ Resolve customer concerns with care and discretion
◆ Coordinate with management and internal teams
◆ Ensure a premium customer experience at all times
Qualifications & Experience
◆ Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in customer relations
◆ Experience in priority banking, luxury retail, hospitality, education, or a similar field
◆ Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills
◆ Confident, friendly, and professional personality
◆ Well-groomed with a polished professional appearance
◆ Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
◆ Ability to handle high-profile customers with confidentiality
◆ Good telephone, WhatsApp, and email communication skills
◆ Computer literacy and customer database experience
