Role Description The Customer Care Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kandy. In this position, the specialist will handle customer inquiries, bookings, and service requests via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, explaining service options, supporting reservation changes, and coordinating with operations teams to confirm vehicle availability and readiness. The role also involves tracking customer feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining records in customer management systems. The specialist will work closely with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on empathetic and solution-oriented assistance.
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive service, professional conduct, and follow-through.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers and team members.
Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret feedback, and identify service improvements.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or retail.
Comfort using basic computer applications and customer management or booking systems.
Ability to work on-site in Kandy, including occasional weekends or extended hours when needed.
High level of reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to providing safe, respectful, and inclusive service.
