1 – 2 years' experience in backend data management
Diploma in Business Management
Conversant in MS Office package
Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Take sales orders for respective Territories directly through Territory Managers and enter all the details into SAP system
Conduct tele-calling (new order canvassing) to generate orders and maintain strong engagement within the assigned dealer network
Issue Goods Return Notes with GM's prior approval and ensure accurate updating of the return tracker for all territories
Record and update all product complaints in the CRM system and coordinate for necessary approvals and resolution
Timely provide updates/solutions for assigned Sales Team Members/Customer Inquiries related to deliveries, stock availability, discounts, prices, and special offers
Handle and prepare projects and industrial quotations for respective sales team members
