About the Role
Decant Services (PVT) Ltd is a well-established perfume decant company offering genuine fragrances in convenient sizes. We are looking for a friendly, patient, and motivated Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide product support, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience across all communication channels.
#Roles & Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
* Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, prices, availability, and promotions
* Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and after sales support
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a polite, professional, and timely manner
* Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships
* Maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service
* Support the team in obtaining Google Reviews and other social media reviews
#Requirements
* Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
* Friendly, calm, and customer-focused personality
* Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
* Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Well-organized, punctual, and reliable
* Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
